Pure, Powdered Yerba Maté (Ilex paraguariensis) Leaf 500mg
Other ingredients:
Vegetable Cellulose (Capsule shell).
Contra indications:
Yerba Maté contains caffeine and should therefore be used with caution by individuals who are sensitive to caffeine or persons with high blood pressure.
Side effects: None known at recommended doses.
Use during pregnancy and breast-feeding:
Yerba Maté is safe for use during pregnancy and lactation. However – as with other caffeine sources, it should be used in moderation at this time.
Recommended dosage / usage instructions:
Vegicaps: 1-3 capsules per day, between meals.
