To make a delicious beverage, mix one tablespoon of Comvita Manuka Honey and Apple Cider Vinegar with water, adding lemon to taste. In summer add ice and a sprig of mint. In winter use warm water.
To make a wonderful salad dressing, mix with cold pressed olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and fresh herbs.
Shake well before use.
