Suggested intake:

Take 2 capsules twice a day, 30 minutes before meals or 2 hours after meals (adults).

Four capsules typically provide: 

1200mg TMG (tri-methyl glycine), 480mg Arginine, 160mg Carnitine, 60mg Bromelain, 30mg Co-enzyme Q10, 20mg Vitamin E (30iu), 10mg Vitamin B6, 200µg Folic acid, 400µg Vitamin B12. 

Does not contain:

Sugar, salt, wheat, gluten, maize/corn, yeast, lactose, dairy products, artificial preservatives, colours or flavourings.
