Vitamin K is found mainly in the diet in the form of K1, phylloquinone, but it is generally considered that K2 is the best form for bone health. Peak K2 provides Menatetrenone (MK-4) as a form of this important nutrient that is easy to absorb and to utilise in the body. Ideal as part of a regime for normal bone health. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
