Aloe XL Inner Leaf 500ml

Internally: Aloe XL Inner Leaf – take 1ml per kg body weight (i.e. 60-80ml on average daily), or as directed by a practitioner.

Externally: Can be applied directly to the skin, or used to soak a cotton bandage to tie around a minor wound or sore.

As a mouthwash: Shake well before use. Take approximately 20ml and retain in the mouth for as long as practical. 2-3 minutes is ideal. During this time, swill around the mouth and problem areas, and then spit out. Use every 2 hours during acute problems and 2-3 times daily as the problem subsides. Use 1-2 times daily for help towards maintaining gum health.
