DIM (di-indolylmethane) is a metabolite of the phytochemical indole-3-carbinol, found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, brussel sprouts and cabbage, and can be used to support healthy oestrogen metabolism. Calcium d-glucarate helps to support excretion of toxins, including oestrogen.
