NB: It’s not the quantity of bacteria that’s important, but the quality and variety.
Directions:
Just one teaspoon a day taken in luke warm water is all you need – has a pleasant vanilla flavour.

In a vanilla powder base, with FOS, inulin, amylases and dextrines.
