Description
L-Lysine is a free-form amino acid. It is considered to be an essential amino acid because it cannot be synthesised by the body. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein, which is required by the body for optimum growth and development.
L-Lysine has been found to support the reduction in the severity of cold sores, and is required for the production of carnitine, which helps the body to metabolise fats.
Directions:
1-3 capsules daily, best taken 30 mins before meals, or at bedtime. This product is not recommended for children (under 5), or pregnant or lactating women.
Ingredients:
L-Lysine Monohydrochloride 500mg, HPMC, Magnesium Stearate.
HPMC is a vegetable cellulose used to make the capsule shell.
