Nature’s Bounty® CoQ-10 30 mg with L-Carnitine food supplement contains Q-Sorb™ patented CoQ-10. Coenzyme Q-10 (CoQ-10) is naturally present in every cell of the body, especially tissues with high energy requirements such as the heart and muscles. Production of CoQ-10 in the body declines as we age. This makes dietary intake even more important. L-carnitine is also provided in this supplement in its natural ‘L’ form. Made in the liver and kidneys, L-carnitine is an amino acid. It is then stored in the skeletal muscles, heart, and brain.
SUGGESTED USE: For adults, take four softgels daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
